To place an order, please contact us via WhatsApp or our social media platforms with your event date, product type, size, flavour, and any design inspiration. Orders are confirmed once a deposit has been paid and availability is secured.
We recommend placing orders at least 5–7 days in advance. Wedding cakes and large orders require 2–4 weeks’ notice, depending on complexity. Last-minute orders are subject to availability.
Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid before collection or delivery.
Absolutely. All our cakes are custom-designed to suit your occasion. While we aim to match inspiration images closely, final designs may vary slightly as each cake is handcrafted.
Delivery can be arranged at an additional cost, depending on location. Once a cake leaves our care, we cannot be held responsible for damage during transport if not delivered by us.
Our products are made in a home kitchen that handles eggs, dairy, nuts, gluten, and soy. While we take care, cross-contamination may occur. Customers with severe allergies should order with caution.
Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made close to the event date may require full payment, depending on work already completed.
